Intrinsically Safe 350bar G125 is CSA approved for use in potentially explosive gas/vapour atmospheres. With a strong 12.6mm push rod it is recommended for applications where high pressure sealing is required or where vibration is an issue or there is a need for longer travel sensors are to be mounted horizontally between rod eyes. It remains an affordable, durable, high-accuracy position sensor designed for applications where the sensor requires IP68 Sealing. The sensor is easy to install with mounting options including stainless steel M8 rod eye bearings and body clamps. The push rod can be supplied free or captive, with M8 thread, or an M8 stainless steel rod eye. The G125 also offers a selection of mechanical and electrical options, environmental sealing is to IP68 350 Bar (5000psi, 3500m). Positek intrinsically safe sensors are designed to be used with a galvanically isolated amplifier . Approved galvanic isolation amplifiers (G005) are available from Positek; there is a choice of 0.5-9.5V or 4-20mA transmission outputs.
